Questions partners ask
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There's no fee to become a partner. The work we do for your buildings is quoted as usual, and you approve each quote.
Do my buildings need a maintenance contract with Louis?
No. You can track due dates for any building, whoever maintains it today. Buildings we look after also get their service reports and certificates online.
Who in my company can see the dashboard?
The people you name. Each signs in with their own email (no passwords to share), and you tell us when someone joins or leaves.
Does Louis issue Civil Defence certificates?
No. Civil Defence issues its own certificates. We design, install, test and maintain the systems, and prepare the documents Civil Defence asks for. We're approved by Abu Dhabi Civil Defence at A+ grade.
How does the referral arrangement work?
It's agreed with each partner on its own terms and written into your partner agreement. Ask us about it on the call.
Will you send emails to my tenants or clients?
No. We only email the people in your team who sign up, and only about the buildings and dates you've given us.
